PointMe is a free utility app that helps you find nearby bars, restaurants, cafes, and liquor stores using a compass + map. We do not own, operate, or endorse any of the places shown. We don't handle reservations, payments, or anything beyond pointing you in the right direction.

Place data comes from third-party sources (currently Mapbox). It can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Always double-check a place is open, exists, and is appropriate before you head there.

PointMe shows liquor stores and bars among other places. You are solely responsible for your decisions about alcohol, transportation, and personal safety. Don't drink and drive. Don't walk into traffic looking at your phone.

You agree not to:

• Use PointMe to harass, stalk, or harm anyone
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Use it where you're legally not allowed to drink/be out

PointMe is provided "as is". We make no guarantees that it will work without bugs, find the perfect spot, or get you home safely. Use at your own risk.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of PointMe — that includes getting lost, arriving at a place that's closed, or anything that happens while or after you walk there.

We may update these terms occasionally. The latest version always lives at this URL. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
